The photograph below of Casey getting ready for her wedding says a lot to us about how girls pull together for their bride. The intensity of the look, the desire to make sure everything is just right. The concentration and the joy :)

We spend a lot of time with Brides on their wedding day and have seen the odd disaster and near disasters. It can be a really stressful time BUT it can also be relaxed and a lot of fun! That is all down to how you approach it!

We have been asked many times for advice on how to make the day run smoother, how to keep the stress levels down and how to make things relaxed for everyone.

So you are hearing it first here... we are planning some stress-busting workshops exclusively for Cincinnati brides!!

We are working with partner vendors (all will be revealed soon) to pull together an exciting program of  useful advice and information.

And now for the BEST part... the workshops are FREE to attend. No, there is no hard sell, no hidden catch, just lots of fun and advice for Cincinnati Brides and their Maids of Honor. Its our way of giving something back. You leave the workshop with a Fact File, free planning tools and lots of ideas. You'll meet fellow brides and be able to exchange ideas and plans.

Workshops will run all through Spring 2010. You need not even have booked your wedding date yet to attend.

Alms Park Cincinnati - Wedding Venue

Rick and I had the absolute pleasure of photographing a romantic wedding at the beautiful Alms Park, Cincinnati.
The terraces and patios allowed Nick & Rebecca's guests to mingle in a wonderful relaxed atmosphere.
Watching the sun set over the river that evening was magical and breath-taking. It was a perfect setting for a wedding and oh so romantic, which is what we love :)

Offering a beautiful view of the river, its open-air veranda has glorious archways that open onto broad terraces. Alms Park Cincinnati provides couples with a magnificant garden setting for 120 guests.

The Upper Terrace can seat 100 ideally and may be used for ceremonies only.
